Delete your account

Takes under a minute, works entirely in the app.

In the app

Open the journal (pinch out of the conversation, or tap the grid button top-right).
Tap the account icon (top-right of the MYKONOS masthead).
Choose Delete account… and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, email, profile, and every meal, workout, and conversation are removed from our active systems and from this device. There is no undo. Any residual copies in routine encrypted backups age out on our normal backup cycle.

Without the app

Email vantieghemhenry@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Mykonos account" and we'll erase it within 30 days, confirming when done.
